N°7
Hi Folks, I hope the month of June is treating you well so far—Happy Pride!
I have 2 extremely fun and exciting updates to discuss this month…
2) I did the production design for a short film that shot in April (previously discussed in N°5). The short is now close to completion, and the writer/director graciously let me include some stills in this periodical.
1) I had the awesome opportunity to be the Art Department PA for a music video that shot in late March. Now that the video has been released, I can finally talk about it.

Production Design By: Brandon Mendez
Art Direction By: Chad Bailey
Being a fan of the artist only made working on this video more fun. It is a true homage to Eminem’s early career and his persona of Slim Shady. There are even several moments where Eminem is doing a satirical play on concepts he’s already done.
I’ve been a big fan of Eminem’s for years and years! My best friend and my favorite song to jam to in the car is “My Band” by D12. So… safe to say I was extremely thrilled about this opportunity.
NOW… FOR SOME STILLS FROM THE SHORT FILM
This was also the most incredible experience in such a different way. I got the privilege to perform as a one-man art department for this amazing project and loved it. This is one of the more stylized things I’ve done in a while, so that was very exciting and creatively fulfilling. The director really wanted the costumes and set to feel unified with one another— I ended up serving as a co-costume designer and fabricator as well.
I cannot wait to show you guys once this film is out, it’s going to be AMAZING!
